Jambu Girls Shoes – Warm, Cool & Cute!

Last fall I had a chance to try out some Jambu hiking boots - loved them! I was out hiking in them again today. What I enjoy about them is that they are snug on my feet yet work well around my bunions. If you have bunions, you understand why this is an issue. Hiking boots need to be snug but snug footwear around bunions can be painful. My family and I went hiking today, my husband pointed to my feet and said, “Still love your boots?” Yup! Just enough give, yet still a firm fit.
My daughter also received a pair of Jambu Betty shoes as well last fall. They became one of her all time favorite shoes ever. They were easy to slip on & off. They felt solid on her feet. And she really loved the grippy soles, bumpered heels & toes - scrambling up playground equipment or rocks on our hikes, she felt like she had an ‘edge’, so to speak. “Like gecko feet!” I like that the soles are made from recycled rubber.
This year Jambu reached out again to see if I would be interested in trying out another pair of boots or shoes. My daughter loved her Jambu Betty shoes so much, I really wanted another pair for her to enjoy. She chose the Jambu Glory boots.
If anyone out there knows my ten year old girl, you know this – the three most important essential elements when it comes to clothes and shoe are:
1. Is it comfy? 2. Is it snuggly? 3. Is it warm? If it’s cute, well that’s a bonus.
Oh my goodness this boot hit the comfy, snuggly, warm jackpot! With memory foam inserts and a fleecy collar around the top, they keep the chill out. Zippers make it easier to get on and off. The brushed suede leather and feminine accents make it super-cute with jeans tucked into them. So – bonus! Same recycled rubber soles that cover her toes and heels for extra traction in the winter. Feet stay dry and warm.
Jambu strives to make a more eco-friendly shoe, with animal friendly vegan styles to choose from, as well as partially recycled rubber soles. They package their shoes in recycled materials, too. The boxes they come in are so cool and sturdy, my daughter snags them for storing stuff in or for art projects.
Here is another BIG reason I like the Jambu shoes for my daughter. They are sturdy and they hold up well. She doesn’t wear them out, like most of her footwear, she outgrows them. Her Jambu Betty shoes were the rare pair I felt good about putting into our donation pile for another child to wear and enjoy. I LOVED that!
If you are looking for a holiday gift that’s the perfect fit, give Jambu a looky-loo, for the little OR big girl on the list. Seriously, I think if you head over to Zappos you are going to find a great deal plus free shipping both ways – AND a one year return policy?? There’s a bullseye score right there!
(Note – I did receive a pair of Jambu Glory boots for my daughter to review. However – this opinion is completely my own. I get many offers of freebies all the time to review, most I turn down because I do not believe in the product, or the company, or I do not believe in acquiring more stuff just because it was ‘free’. I do love Jambu’s footwear because it is well made, they strive to be more earth friendly, and their prices are competitive for the quality. So, yeah – I can get behind that.)

Those are some cute boots! If I had a daughter they would be on the top of the boot list. I have heard great things about Jambu. I need new hiking boots….maybe I’ll just have to shop for myself!
I love the Bettys — too cute! They look SUPER comfortable! Recycled rubber soles, I love it!
Thanks Tiff!
