Thanks so much for reading! This is an older post and here is part 2
I must say, since I have written that post I have had ZERO problem with odor. None. I use the recipe in Part 2. Of course, that post was written in the winter, and I didn’t know how it would work now that it is summer. I am thrilled to say it works perfectly – for me. I am not a particularly smelly women but I am active, running, sweating it out in the yard, going to the lake with the kids and sitting around in the sun for hours. No odor. BUT – you do have to get used to sweaty pits! Antiperspirant has kept us all from having to get used to that sweaty, wet feeling that can leave us somewhat insecure about odor control. Slowly, I am getting there. I have also taken to adding a thin layer of tea tree oil before applying my homemade deo I talked about in Part 2 on really hot humid days, as a ‘just in case’ insurance against odor. Tea tree oil is an anti-microbial, and the odor from sweat is just the bacteria breaking down in a dark, damp place. Please let me know how it works out for you!

I love this post. I can’t wait for the next as I NEED to know the answer. You see, I’ve tried multiple “natural” deodorants, but I have the same issue–the smell. I know this is not a perfect answer, but I use the natural deodorants during the winter when I sweat less, and I use the antiperspirant during the summer when the smell becomes atrocious…

yea.loved the article.ive been long suffering from stinky armpits issues.my husband always complains about it.ive tried a lot with body sprays and perfumes and i know its not the permanant solution.i really feel so embrassed to hug him with a pair of stinky armpits.Ive tried a lot to find a solution to this but not succeeded.help me if u can.
